Very bad WiFi, the TV only has Netflix and Disney, and even those can’t play without buffering due to the internet. Impossible to cast anything from your phone, no YouTube or any other popular apps. Also, if your stay is longer, be aware that the WiFi is free only for 7 days. After that you have to pay.
The rooms were clean frequently but you have to ask for everything you need to be replenished - toilet paper, shampoo, coffee, etc, they won’t do it themselves.
Breakfast is nice to have, but gets very busy especially towards the end, right before 9. The staff and the guests all shove each other trying to get to the food.
Location is really nice, a 4 minute walk to the subway, a few delis and restaurants around as well, though nothing spectacular.
There is a cute terrace on the 7th floor with a nice view.
Overall we liked the hotel and the value.
