Great NYC Hotel

The best place we have ever stayed in NYC. Close to everything but the hotel is wonderful. Everyone goes out of their way to help you and everyone is so friendly. Great breakfast choices and changed choices daily. coffee, hot cocoa and tea available in lobby all of the time. Rooms were clean nice and good size. Will definitely return

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The staff was fantastic, and the lobby, featuring a cozy fireplace, workspaces, complimentary coffee around the clock, and delicious breakfasts, was a plus. Everything was within walking distance, and we used the subway to get around. We’ll definitely choose this place for our next trip to NYC.

We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had 5 guest so we had a room with a fold out twin size sleeper. My 18 year old slept on it and the mattress was very bad. After the first night, I text the help number and they had a topper brought to our room within 15 mins. The lobby was very welcoming and my husband enjoyed watching the football games there. The breakfast was fine and you can certainly find something you will eat. I really liked that they had coffee, hot tea and water available at all times.
