They charged me $150 for the smoke fee which I NEVER SMOKE!!!!! I called back to the hotel and the lady in the front desk refuse to help me solve the problem. She said I can't do anything about that?!?!?!?! ARE U KIDDING ME?

I stayed in this hotel for one night, and they charged me 150 for smoke fee which I NEVER smoke. I'm questioning about clean is the hotel now. And the operation agent on the phone even refuse to help me to solve the problem.

There was nothing unique about the property. However the room was spacious, design of the bathroom was nice.
