Property and facilities are rundown with very little recent maintenance. The hotel felt dirty due to lack of upkeep. Great location for events at the Javits Center and food in Hell’s Kitchen. Carefully consider this Hotel, basic comfort is really more important than location.

The property overall was a really good place to stay. We only had a few minor issues when it came to our convenience such as there being no toilet paper when we ran out, there not being enough towels, and then having no phone to request either of those. But the room was comfortable, the staff was super friendly, and the bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Asked staff for ice they said they would send it up. Never arrived, cracked glass on doors, tv did not work, and WiFi could only be called WiFi as a joke it booted us off every 2-3 min. room was clean staff were friendly.

Everything was great at this hotel , it’s quiet ,close to time square great walking distance to everything.Staff was polite the only thing that messed my time there up was getting stuck in the elevator with my boyfriend although staff worked fast and contacted the fire department it was still a not so great experience
