Property and room were immaculate. Bathroom was squeaky clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with very soft sheets. Location was perfect-near shops and many major sightseeing locales and yet, the room was remarkably quiet! Appreciated the daily messages from the front desk asking if everything was going okay and the prompt responses.

Very nice and clean hotel. I loved the room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also great. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was very helpful and nice. I definitely will return next time I’m in New York.

We checked in late and when we got to the room, the room has trash in there, towels on the floor, and the bed frame is torn. The water in the shower does not go down smoothly and built up while taking the shower.
