The property was clean and very well kept. One complaint was the back elevators, only one was working. It would’ve been nice if both have been working so that the wait would not have been as long. We were on the 14th floor, so with only one of those elevators working, there was normally a longer wait. The room was very clean. The only complaint we had is that the tub floor was very slick. My suggestion to the motel would be to either put down some type of rubber mat or some type of aggregate to keep the floor of the tub from being so slick. Other than these two minor complaints our stay was very good. The staff was exceptionally nice and willing to help with any questions that we had.

We recently stayed in a suite at this hotel and had mixed feelings about the experience. The suite itself was small, dark, and felt a bit dated in terms of décor and overall atmosphere. It definitely could use some updating to better match the price point. That said, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the noise level was amazing likely because we had zero view, which actually made for a very quiet and peaceful stay. We slept great every night. Overall, everything was fine, but the price doesn’t quite match up with other hotels in the area that offer nicer views, more modern rooms, and amenities like an in-hotel bar. The staff were amazing!

This hotel is beautiful! Spotless and the best location (Koreatown/Broadway). I stayed here to go to Broadway and literally walked everywhere. Great coffee shop in the Lobby and Great Diner in the lobby as well. Shockingly quite at night. I am actually booking again for a trip in November. They also gave me food credits and no hidden fees!

This hotel is in a great location, the staff is super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Housekeeping kept our room clean and stocked with fresh towels. But FYI being in the heart of the city,if you need quiet to sleep at night like my wife. You won't find it here. But I'm a big city guy, so I love it.

I did upgrade my stay as when I arrived only a deluxe king was available. While the rooms are rather small, as are the bathrooms, the hotel is immaculate and comfortable with good linens and furnishings. The hotel is also gorgeous--old world style in the lobby and public areas and several options for food and drink. I found the staff to be really helpful and they even let me leave a night early due to a flight change for weather.
