Publié le 13 janv. 2024 sur HotelsLe pire hôtel que j’ai vu dans ma vie. L’établissement n’est pas géré, le Check in ne peut pas être fait à l’heure donc des centaines de bagages sont dans les couloirs.
La chambre est insalubre, la douche tellement sale, les lits avec des poils, tellement mal insonorisé que l’on dort dans la rue .

Publié le 16 oct. 2023 sur HotelsHôtel très très de base avec mini chambre, mini salle de bain avec douche très ancienne, pas d’ascenseur, pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre, peu d’insonorisation car nous entendions les klaxons des voitures sans cesse toute la nuit. Apportez des bouchons. Matelas pas très confortable.
Par contre, chambre et hôtel très propres et le réceptionniste était fort sympathique. À choisir pour l’emplacement et pour passer une nuit seulement.

I left a message at the hotel the morning of arrival to get information about parking. I never got a call back. At arrival around 2pm, we waited about 10 minutes to get in. We were ringing the door bell but there was no answer. I had to call a few times before someone answered the phone and finally came to get the door. The person greeting us never smiled and rather looked upset to be working. The condition of the lobby is poor and used. The walls and ceiling of the room were very dirty. The air conditioning did not work. We went to ask about it and after 30 minutes of waiting we got sent back to the room with a remote control for the ac unit that did not work. Did not sleep because it was so hot in the room. The mattress was firm, the bed sheets looked clean and the pillows were ok. Will not go back to this hotel. I do not recommend.

Ne retournerais pas
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HotelsEndroit propre et étonnamment peu bruyant. Staff ok. Lits peu confortables, mobilier abîmé, salle de bain très vétuste, wifi faible performance.
Pour 157$ can , je ne m’attendais pas au Westin. Mais ca ne ressemblait Pas-du-Tout aux photos sur Hotel.com

C’est vraiment comme un RBNB . Zéro service. Seul point positif son prix et son emplacement. Je ne recommande pas pour une famille.

Hôtel très simple et bon marché.
Publié le 6 mars 2019 sur HotelsPetit hôtel, sans ascenceur (important quand on a une chambre au 4ème étage!). Chambre simple très petite avec une salle de bain privée tout aussi petite mais lumineuse. La rue est bruyante alors il faut prévoir les bouchons d'oreille! Le lit est confortable heureusement. Le petit déjeuner compris mais très restreint à café, bagel, muffin. Le wifi fonctionne bien. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Un hôtel qui dépanne et qui est très bien situé.
