20 min walk to Brooklyn Gardens. 20 min walk to Prospect Park Subway Station. Wonderful supermarket "Western Beef" across Empire Bvd. Other walkable fast food nearby. In room refrigerator, no in room microwave. 30 min subway rides to Coney Island and Lower Manhattan. Subway connections all the way from JFK to Prospect Park Subway Station.

The hotel was clean.The breakfast was good.We arrived late at night after canceled flights.When the Uber pulled up, the hotel was in an area where there were not other hotels.In front of the hotel were a group of men smoking.The lobby was not welcoming. The check j. Was behind a plexiglass encrusted counter where I had to slip the person my ID and credit card. Instead of a Wyndham,it reminded me of a movie.Not the typical hotel to take a family to. Inthe middle of the night the person next door loudly received a guest.Having stayed in hotels in the city with a welcoming lobby and staff. This property was a bit scary.
