A bit worn and tired. Room didn’t feel clean. Needs some TLC and a refresh. Frette robes were a nice touch, as well as le labo products

Better Than I Expected

The room was bigger than I expected, given this is NY. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm not often impressed by service but this place did a great job.

The bed was very soft and lights really bright and complicated The coffee facility was tricky, no milk No tea Had tk chBge rooms as dirt room give had a really bad smell of cooking

The team is the reception, including the manager was very rude! They didn’t respect my VIP status and wasn’t welcoming me at check in. The overall hotel was ok
