The Royalton Park Avenue is our go to hotel in NYC. This past week, we splurged a bit and spent two nights in a Park Avenue Suite. Spacious, comfortable and well priced. There was a wedding going on and so the hotel was a quite busy. The result is that Room Service was so tied up that they basically just never called us back when we tried to order brunch, so we had to do take out from Sarabeths instead. That has never happened to us before at the Royalton. I am giving it five stars anyway because we had such a pleasant stay other than that.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I love the texts I received daily from the staff asking me how my stay was going and if I needed anything. They were very responsive when I needed something. They also upgraded me from a queen bed to a king bed when they found out my sister was staying with me. They gave me a room with a view of the Empire State Building. It’s across the street from a Starbucks and in close proximity to Whole Foods, nice restaurants and shopping. I loved my stay at the Royalton Park Hotel.
