Beautiful, clean, modern, boutique style hotel. Would absolutely stay there again if I wanted to be on the upper west side of Manhattan. Subway stop is about 4 blocks away and it's not in the "middle" of everything like some areas and hotels, but its NYC so its not like you're far from anything.

Staff - betty. There was a dirty face mask behind the robes in the cabinet other than that it was clean. I could not find a ironing board - if it was there I just didn’t see.
