Great Escape

Exceptionally clean. Gorgeous setting. Quaint and quiet area. Stocked kitchen. Sweet dreams beds.
It was cozy and comfortable and honestly, I could go on and on. Mother Nature didn’t shine on us with great weather (it was March after all) but we enjoyed relaxing cabin time after brisk walks on the beach. It was close enough to bop over to Niagara for the day without adding too much drive time. I can only imagine how fabulous this place is during the summer. We would definitely stay again!

Great cabin on the shore of Lake Erie
Posted Mar. 27, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was our third trip to the cottages at Steelhead Run. We love the location and the delightful cabins. Very well appointed for those who like to cook, comfy beds , perfectly clean and steps from the shore. We even found useful a full tool kit ! Thanks Dave - you’ve thought of everything!
This year Erie treated us to a wild and windy show with big rollers crashing just off shore / a blustery March performance.
