We arrived at midnight after a long day of traveling, they initially could not find the Travelocity booking, but later found it under expedia apparently. This was only after waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby exhausted with a line of customers. Once they found "us" the rest of the stay was enjoyable, nice rooms.

Toilet water noise from the bathroom every 2 minutes for atleast 45 seconds each time. Blow dryer was broken which left the family going out in the cold with wet hair to catch an ammonia for 4 days and 3 nights as housekeeping was not available. Room service was not provided for any day during our entire stay.

This hotel was so nice! All the staff were pleasant & extremely helpful. I was so skeptical booking this through a third party but I had no issues whatsoever. The property was very clean & seems very new. I utilized the bus stop right in front of the building every day & the deli across the street was nice too. No notes, 5 stars!

The staff was super, uber friendly and the hotel was cleaner than I thought it would be judging by how I felt when we arrived. The rooms are small but pretty clean. I didn’t care for the area around the hotel. In fairness, we arrived right before midnight and the area isn’t ideal but apparently they have one of the best Chinese food restaurants in New York on the 3rd floor of this hotel. We didn’t get to try it but that is what I have heard.
