Loud music til 1am

Hotel is tired and basic but service and breakfast were good. Main problem was very loud music until 1am on Saturday night. No warning when we booked or even when we arrived. So all in all pretty frustrating am afraid.

Pleasant hotel in a good area.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but there were problems with the shower. The fixed head only produced cold water while the portable shower was difficult to control, both for temperature and practicality as it would not stay in place, causing the water to spray around the room. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Tea and coffee were table served which caused delays or was lukewarm when required. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Poor parking, noisy

Arrived after 9pm to find the very small and certainly not 'ample' car park full. Rang reception was told to park some 5 mins up the road (didnt want to walk back passed all the busy bars with bags and my daughter!) or to park in permit holders street as I should be ok. Room lovely, kean and bathroom gorgeous. Went to bed but music booming through wall until 11.30pm. Breakfast good range
