**IMPORTANT**
Villa sleeps 8 people. However, maximum booking is only 6 people- The fourth bed is intended for comfort and additional space only.Guests are required to sign listing agreement via an outside electronic platform.
To comply with City of Newport Beach short term rental rules and regulations, which require renters to be age 25 or over, you will be required to present a valid photo ID.
Please note that if you cancel after the 48-hour window, a 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from the 50% deposit charged.Reservations made through Airbnb are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation policies.

NOTES:
For bookings over 2 weeks, there is an extra cleaning fee for every 2 weeks of the stay, with a minimum basic cleaning fee of $240 per cleaning. System will automatically calculate this fee for bookings of up to 28 days. Anything above the 28 days bookings will be an extra fee.
If you cancel within the first 24 hours of booking, there will be no transaction fee. Otherwise, your credit will be reduced by a 3% merchant processing fee.
