To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Great location, very clean, easy parking, very comfortable beds. Shelly was very friendly and helpful at check in. This rental is similar to a timeshare rental without certain things that might be needed if you were spending a week. For example -only a keurig, no drip coffee maker. A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen. The dishwasher was broken. but hopefully will be repaired between renters. There were also no dish towels or a spatula. This is an easy remedy. I would definitely rent here again.

Almost perfect

This place was so close to being perfect. We could not ask for a better location. We parked our car and could walk almost everywhere. Right in the center of shops and restaurants, it is even 2 house away from a convenience store. It was immaculate.There were so many extras from laundry and dishwasher pods, garbage bags to shampoo and conditioner. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Samantha. The only negative is that it was extremely loud. You heard everything from the upstairs apartment. I only could be here their footprints, but we could hear their music and their conversations..

Great stay!

Excellent location and property. Perfect for two couples traveling together as the two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Encountered a small hiccup that was quickly corrected by the management company. Would stay again and highly recommended!

Girls kidnap weekend

My friends work hard and so I thought I would plan a ‘kidnap’ and go someone close, but not too close to home. Massachusetts to Newport was perfect. This property is tastefully decorated and so comfortable, you won’t feel you can’t relax because you’ll mess something up. We used the Bose WiFi, the gas fireplace - yes we used it all! The rooms are actually a little larger than the pictures depict. The kitchen/ living room is a good size - four adult women had PLENTY of room and didn’t feel isolated. The walk to town starts immediately. Stop and have a pre-game drink at Zelda’s! Then continue to walk and shop. All the Newport shop and restaurant owners and employees we fun and helpful and the other vacationers were great too. Definitely check out NEWPORT LOFTS!

Great Location. Clean, although it smelled a bit of mildew. Parking was very handy. Check-in was easy. Kitchen had utensils but note that they do not have basic supplies like a spatula, salt, and pepper. The 4 stars are because I hoped for a little more for how expensive the place was, but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean.

Perfect rental!

Property managers were very responsive and helpful even on a weekend. It was perfectly clean and set up like a hotel which was easy and wonderful! Location was beyond perfect, walkable to everything. My family of 6 fit perfectly as well! It had everything we need and would def stay here again!

Not what we expected

This is a clean, well-appointed property in the heart of Newport. Unfortunately, the listing photos advertise a rooftop deck with a view of the marina, which was a substantial part of the reason we decided to book. No such deck exists for this unit. The rooftop deck belongs to an adjacent property managed by this owner. That’s false advertising, and I don’t know why the owner thinks it is appropriate to advertise amenities for neighboring units which don’t exist on the unit in question. We messaged the owners about this inaccurate description but they did not respond to our email. VRBO also lists this as 3 bedrooms (that was a primary component of our search for Newport) but the third "bedroom" is a sofa bed. Although the listing mentions this, the room with the sofa bed is housed is right on Thames Street with only see-through blinds that block the windows. Anyone walking by can see right in to the room where people are sleeping. A little strange for the couple having to sleep there! This was an expensive rental, and although it was well-equipped and clean, we would not have booked it given the full information of what we discovered when we arrived.

Perfect location

Great condo in a great location. Only thing missing were lobster crackers. Very cozy unit with comfortable beds. Chairs have an issue with the cushions sliding out from under your butt. Decorations are simple and delightful. Showers are roomy and delightful. Will definitely stay again. Great value and well Maintained. Great rental company also!
