Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsAmazing place. I mistakenly booked the date for the wrong date, and the app said that potentially would need to pay for the canceled date AND the actual date. I called directly to Embarcadero Resort and they were able to accommodate me and did not have to pay for double the date. They were so understanding and helpful. The staff was a 10/10! The place is beautiful, it was a very relaxing get away with the family!

Weather was rough but the view was still beautiful. The rooms are always warm and beautiful. I’m so happy they have a restaurant open again on the property.
