This B&B is beautiful and private. Great access to Agate Beach. Great home made breakfasts. The views are exceptional. The rooms are cozy. Ours had a fireplace and a sunroom. Sherry was readily available when we had questions and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

White Caps Get-Away

The view was fantastic, and the venue itself was clean, light and bright - beautiful decor and very restrained (some B&B places lean a little hard into themed decor,). Modern but cozy and beachy at the same time.
We came out to the coast for a couple of days prior to a surgery needed in my continuous fight with breast cancer. The Ocean House was the perfect choice for this need.
The Wind Caps room with it's beautiful wall of window and the king sized bed that faced them, beautiful little tiled gas fireplace, and deep soaking tub was a welcomed retreat. The breakfasts are great. too.
If you are on the fence about your budget, tgere are plenty of places to choose from. But for a few more dollars you can definitely have a lovely stay at the Ocean House.

Great stay in Newport
Posted Feb. 27, 2024 on HotelsWe loved our stay here. The breakfast was wonderful, thank you Christy, and the staff was all very friendly.
The only thing we notice in our room is the floor needed mopped.
Otherwise wonderful
