The house was nice overall. Since there were no photos of the hot tub, I was disappointed to find a very small one which could barely hold 4 people. The yard is just what you see out front. It was within walking distance to Beverly Beach State park which was nice.

My wife and I have been visiting the Oregon coast for over 25 years about 3 times per year. We always give our honest feedback.PROS- The house is quite nice. The beds, kitchen, showers are first class. The owner very responsive. Well worth staying at.CONS- The only ocean view/peek (sitting) if from a deck off the second story. You cannot sit in the house and see the ocean. The hot tub was filthy. I have owned one for many years and the only time we tried it left us covered in scum. They do mention it is not ADA and take that as a hard fact.

This very roomy, comfortable home was a pleasure to stay in for a few nights celebrating the new year. The "chef kitchen" is large and has amazing amenities, along with comfortable beds, bedding, and couches throughout the home. Access to both Newport and Lincoln City is easy. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet with stunning ocean views a few steps away as well as from the deck off the second story. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. The affordability and size of this home makes it a perfect getaway for large families or a group of friends.

Stayed over thanks giving with my husband and 2 kids. This place was in a great neighborhood. Quiet but not far from town. Hot tub was a bonus for the kids especially after a long day of being in a car.

Place was very nice and very roomy. Seem to be kept up pretty well. The hosts were very easy to contact and very helpful when needed. I expected it to be much closer to the beach, but it did have a beautiful view from up above on the deck of the ocean.

ProsHouse was clean and the kitchen was large and well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Ample beds to sleep in and the deck off the second floor was a true gem with a view of the ocean and a highlight of the house. It was nice to have two TVs. The dining area was big enough for our group. The fireplace in the kitchen/dining area was a comfy touch on the first evening.ConsThe side yard described as a possible place to have kids play was small, on the road and in need of mowing to make it a pleasant place to be. At check in the cleaners were still there and it took them another 20 minutes to finish up. They were using a STRONG bleach product that was an assault to our noses for about an hour afterwards even with the house wide open.All in all, a good house at a good price. We'd return.
