Reduce the price or upgrade the facilities

We initially booked a Deluxe Triple Room, Sea View. Too expensive for the facilities provided by the hotel. Bathrooms are very dirty and not maintained properly. No Internet/WIFI in the room and it's available only at the lobby(the most inconvenient thing). Hotels.com website shows that the room has WIFI and aircon. But there is no power from 6 am to 6 pm and NO air-con. No light in the day time and it's completely dark in the bath room and we have to use our mobile phone light to use bathroom. At the space between the ocean view room and the shore, hotel held a party for group of 400 people from a company till midnight and the music was too loud and rooms were not soundproof. We booked ocean view room but it's too far away to see the ocean and so we had to upgrade to bungalow by paying more. Bungalows only have 24 hour power and air con. For Bungalows we have to pay 150 $ per day which is not worth at all. Bungalow bathroom doors are too heavy and too tight to close. Slippers are dirty and not disposable.

limited electricity makes the stay bad. no early check in available and the staffs at night were not helpful at all.

オンザビーチのホテルで庭も整備されており綺麗でした。 コテージタイプの部屋は非常にお勧めです。 朝食のビュッフェは種類は少なめですが自分には十分でした。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。
