Terrible communication when messaging the property about my arrival time, no reply and then when I did arrive they did not have my room ready and I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. No offer to wait somewhere more comfortable or any complementary items to apologise for the inconvenience

There was no phone in the room. Called thru web site for services and there were no answer. Broken cabinet was in the room. Tried to order a drink around the reception area, the service member ignored and did not take my order.. I went out and ordered the drink. Checked out took 25 minutes. I have to went back at the counter to get the serviced desk team member to get services. There was other customer cut in line. Team member would ignore me and went out of her way to served the individual who skipped the line. The was no follow up when there was a fault fire alarm. This is not the services that I would recommend.

Flawless Victory

Absolutely terrific hotel. Large comfortable modern room, excellent location near the beach, fast internet, stunning views, helpful staff. Don't miss the buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor for $8.

A rather poor overall experience. CHECK IN - Check in opens at 2pm, we arrived at 2:30pm and joined the massive queue for check in. We were told our room would not be ready until 3:15pm which was annoying as we were traveling with 2 very young children. LIFTS - We spent an endless amount of time trying to find space in one of the 10 lifts that this hotel has. On many an occasion, lifts door would open and the lift would be full. Although there are 10 lifts, this simply is not enough for the amount of rooms / people this hotel accommodates for. ROOM - Clean and tidy. LOCATION- Good centrally loacted position for Nha Trang. CHECK OUT - Upon check out you join the massive queue (a running theme with this hotel), all guest are asked to wait 10 minutes before room deposits are released. The most chaotic check out process i have every encountered. BEWARE - To use the roof top pool / visit the sun deck, you have to pay a daily fee even if you are staying at the hotel. This is not advertised on the Expedia website which is frustrating. In addition the "free pool" loacted on level 6, closes at 5pm every day. Overall a disappointing stay, let down by a poor check in / check out process (staff numbers) and not enough lifts for the amount of people that are staying at the hotel.

They charge 180,000vnd per person to access the pool which they didn’t stated on their amenities listed on Expedia. This is the first ever hotel that charge to use the pool, which is a bummer! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on expedia listing!! BE AWARE! Book somewhere else!!! Room wasn’t that clean either, very dusty and smells like mold.. never again!!!

I had a day at the hotel. I felt the service here was good, requests were handled quickly, and support was enthusiastic. The staff was friendly, the room was soundproof, airy and clean, the breakfast had a variety of dishes, and the price was reasonable compared to the service.

The vacation had many good experiences at Panorama Nha Trang Sanvilla. The reception staff was enthusiastic and attentive, the room price was cheap, the room was clean, airy, and comfortable. There was a gym with a fancy swimming pool for exercise and relaxation. Good service, diverse buffet dishes.

The hotel is near the center and close to the sea, so it's easy to get to the beach and famous attractions. The staff is lovely, the room is new, clean and especially the sunset view is beautiful. There are many fresh seafood restaurants nearby but the prices are quite expensive.

I came here to experience and was welcomed attentively and enthusiastically by the staff. The service here is very good, the rooms are on high floors so they are very airy, clean, and modernly decorated. The breakfast buffet has many dishes and is served continuously. It is near the sea so it is easy to go to the beach to play.

It is a great property to stay in with a great location. I loved the breakfast and the restaurant staff were very friendly. However, I am very disappointed with the female front desk staff Nguyen Thuc My. I had the worst check-in experience. She is rude, looks like we are bothering her for checking in to get the key. She needed to be trained in what customer service is all about. If she does not enjoy her job, she should not be there to help customers. I am sure some people are fighting for her position. It is a shame. For that reason. We will not return and recommend our friends and families.

I very satisfied with the room booking. The price is not expensive but the service here is super good, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The room is clean, with a view of the sunset. The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes, and there is a swimming pool to relax.

I didn't expect that the service price here exceeded my expectations. The staff were very welcoming. I rented a room on high ground so it was very airy and I could see the beautiful sunset. Because the hotel is near the sea, it was easy to get to the sea. The seafood here is very fresh but not cheap.
