All the staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very clean upon arrival, as we're the waiting areas. Staff were very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage with them while we waited to check in/for our airport transfers. Considering it was a 5 star hotel and our room came with a stove, we were expecting pots, pans, and utensils to be provided. We had to call every night for spoons, forks, and knives to be brought up (as cleaning staff would remove them each day). The "fridge" we had at first was apparently not a fridge but a cooler, and staff explained it was only strong enough to keep water bottles cool. It was not, and we were able to get an actual fridge instead as we needed fruits and drinks to stay cold. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion were provided. Smaller beds (expected) but high quality blankets, pillows, and bedding. I have sensitive skin and the bedding didn't trigger my conditions.

I have been in the Melia hotel 20 times, the front office has been deteriorated, a girl nhi name very rude told me to wait until 2 for check in as I understand the policies there is no common sense and flexibility for only one person ruin the stay and the team effort, other than that experience everything amazing as always
