Very nice B&B!

Very hospitable host. Made us feel at home even though our stay wa.s just overnight. we woud definitely recommend this to others and my wife and I would want to stay here again when visiting Niagra Falls.

The property is very pleasant, clean a and well-located, so that's all good. But Sam, the proprietor, makes it an absolutely hopeful experience. She is cheerful, kind, and well informed about the area, and she makes the best pancakes I have had in DECADES.

The location was excellent. Being along the Niagara Parkway it was easy to find and was close to many attractions. The property had a nice back deck and inside the rooms were clean, attractive and had very comfortable beds. The shared bathrooms were clean, spacious with a nice decor. As for the breakfasts, the food was plentiful and was served hot and fresh. Overall the accommodation was satisfying. On the down side, I found it overpriced at 224.00 per night This is because the rooms were not large or really fancy, the bathrooms were shared, the breakfasts were tasty but not really gourmet. Also the property from the outside was very plain with no landscaping and compared to some of the other B&Bs in the area was not really that beautiful.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Guests are invited to use the kitchen and patio as they desire. A very welcoming and homey atmosphere. All guests were invited to participate in a BBQ dinner during our stay. It was a delicious 3 course “French” meal served on the lovely patio for a nominal charge per person. There was classical music in the background - very classy! Our room was clean and comfortable. The stairs are a bit steep for taking suit cases up, and there is a bit of road noise, but we knew these things in advance. It was great value for our money and I would definitely stay at Adams Inn again.

Perfect for a cozy getaway

Very welcoming and at home feeling when you first walk in. Beautiful architecture and decor, clean and super close to the Falls and outlet mall. Great location and atmosphere!!

Cute inn, lovely hosts.

A cute historic BnB! Sam and Edmund were lovely hosts. We stayed a night in a large comfortable room with en suite bathroom. It was exactly what we were looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood right along the river. Close to Niagara Falls but just far enough for some peacefulness. We look forward to returning in the summer!

We stayed in the room with private bathroom. The room and the house has a very homely and peaceful atmosphere. The location is very well connected and very close to most major attractions including the falls. Our host, Sam, took perfect care of all our comfort and needs. We will definitely stay here again.

The owner is amazing and makes this place phenomenal. She cooked a wonderful fresh breakfast and was so sweet. The only thing that was rough was that I think the other guests turned the air off and my husband and I thought the room was a lil stuffy. Overall though a great price and quality. Great place overall.

Wonderful host! Sam is welcoming and sociable, always willing to stop and chat, and helped us plan out our very short stay to the tee. The room was adorable and comfortable for two people; the bathroom was clean and relatively well-stocked (although I had some trouble finding the soap and shampoo). We'd love to come back again sometime!

This is a lovely house near rainbow bridge, aprox 1 mile from the falls. The owner is an amazing host, very warm and makes you feel very welcome and at home. She even gave us advise on things to see in Niagara and Toronto. Complimentary home cooked breakfast (delicious!) Excellent service (warm, friendly) I would definitely stay there again if I return to Niagara.

Feel at Home

The Host is one of the kindest person you can ever meet. She will go overboard to help you and make your stay as pleasant as you can expect. She is a happy person and loves her place and it reflexes in the way she welcomes you into her home. She as a lot of knowledge about the history of the region and tells it as if you were listening to a storyteller It is a fun place to stay and it is at a walking distance to all activities You can be assured to have a good time she will be cooking a hot breakfast every morning served in the dining room or outside in the garden. You will be able to cook your own meal as the kitchen is available for whom wants to prepare a meal and eat in the little garden.
