We were excited to spend the day at the falls to celebrate my fiancé's birthday. Upon arrival we found a charge for parking (from $35 offsite to $100 valet Canadian dollars). Not expected! At check in i was upsold to an premium room with a hot tub at a $75 extra, which i opted for. After a long drive there I was looking forward to small rest before going out to dinner, our room overall was clean however somewhat dated with a great view. As we attempted a nap Im supprised to hear jackhammering from an adjacent room. After an hour or so I went to the front desk to determine the sorce of the noise and was told the hotel is remodeling and there sorry, they offered me another room but couldn’t guarantee I would not hear the same noise. At this time I asked for compensation, as I would have not paid to to upgrade my room, and may not have even stayed there. And after a long conversation and a couple trips to supposedly talk to the manager (who should have spoken directly to us) we were given $35 off of our $455 dollar bill. Very unsatisfied. I would not recommend staying here, paying these prices with this poor customer service!

The hotel is in perfect location. Good service. Clean. I'm just a bit surprised that bed was not made everyday. Shampoo and body soap containers are empty.

They upgraded us from a city view to Falls view for a minimal charge. The room was incredible and the view spectacular! The staff was very friendly!

Very very very lively hotel... Lot's of action at all times; so this added to the fun experience. We upgraded our room upon arrival; so that was a great experience as well. The one knock I would give the hotel is their onsite parking doesn't accommodate large SUVs (I have Yukon Denali). We used the valet and I will say that when you call down ahead of leaving; the longest we waited was maybe 3 mins...Service was great!! By far this hotel has the best views of the falls. Walking to the main entertainment district is approx 15 mins; so some days we took Uber ($7 USD) back and forth so we didn't need to look for parking. Our kids didn't like the walking..LOL.. I would rate this hotel a 10/10!!

The hotel was just ok. It was outdated and pricey. However, the restaurant STK was outstanding for the food and views of the Falls. The buffet is only offered from 6:30-9:30 am and the waiting time was outrageous. Great walking distance to the Casino

I really enjoyed my stay here, it exceeded my expectations. I liked that housekeeping comes at your request (i hate having to leave my room so early 😄) and when i had an issue with the bathroom, they came promptly. I enjoyed the evening reception and the pool that stays open until 12 midnight. It's a convenient location to the Falls Incline and a short walk to the WEGO bus system. Best sleep of my entire stay.

We enjoyed our stay with the family! Great view of the falls, the fireworks! Only down side to it is the amount of time it takes to catch the elevators! We declined many times to go out to the garage to get something from our rental car or going to Starbucks that is located on premises, just to avoid the long wait for elevators! I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area and never encountered this issue. Also, they really do hype the breakfast, it’s not bad, especially since it’s already included, but I would really rather pay to go get breakfast I would enjoy.

Elevator is an issue

Don’t know how they can only have a single elevator running with so many suites. We ended taking the stairs because the elevators took so long. The breakfast was not good, probably one of the worse I’ve ever had. I would not book this hotel ever again. The only positive about the hotel is the view of the falls.

Super easy to pull up and Valet, anytime I needed my car after calling it was there within minutes. Everyone complains about the elevator situation but considering this is the 2nd largest Embasy Suites in the world its underable that everything doesn't rake 2 seconds. At some hours you can get on no problem maybe even only one in elevator yet at peak times the longest i waited was 10mins with their staff directing all elevator traffic making it quicker. Don't let a queue keep you away from visitng such a beautiful location with a beautiful view of falls. I will say this location is convenient if you want to "Journey Behind The Falls" its closer to horse show end of Falls but if you have kids and want you want to enjoy the amusement park area they have a ferriz wheel, golf, go karts and lots of shopping in an area thats not as close to this hotel so unless you dont mind walking 30 minutes or so to get there or you can drive and park at the venue for $20CA. Next time i would stay closer to that area its bustlimg with things to do. This stay was nice for first experience because it really highlighted the falls if you get a Fallsview room.
