The room was clean but I wish there were less stairs and an elevator. It is easy to find and it's close to everything.

Unprofessional, I booked the dates incorrectly. They denied to update the dates, even I ask to pay additional amount if required.

The location was great as it’s close to the US/Canada border, but the hotel was more like a motel. Yes, the price was fair but next time I may pay a little more extra for a cleaner and safer hotel. It felt a little sketchy.
