Short stay

The location was perfect for shopping. Close to outlet mall and many restaurants. Only issue was the strong smell of marijuana at like 12am, that lingered in the hotel halls next morning. Not ideal when you have kids with you. Not really the hotels fault, but probably something that needs to be looked into.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Unfortunately, recreational marijuana is legal in New York State. Smoking it is not allowed in the hotel, but the strong, unpleasant odour follows them in from outside. We try our best to control it. Our apologies.

Not a family-friendly location!

I stayed at the Microtel on Niagara Falls Blvd with my daughter. Although check in is at 3pm we arrived at 6pm and were checked in to room 319 where it appeared someone had a “romantic” time in our room prior to our arrival. Both beds were disheveled, roses were left behind and the bathroom had clearly been used (towels had been used and it had not been cleaned). We advised the front desk clerk but he didn’t take our word for it and had us wait with our baggage for a new room in the lobby until he saw it for himself. The internet was not working downstairs and the man at the front desk did little to assist and apparently the manager left to go for groceries and stopped back in for about 5 minutes and left without resolving the internet issue. There are plenty of other options in the area so I would avoid this spot.

Good decent hotel for few night's shopping in Buffalo, super close to restaurant and shop's. Nice clean rooms, bonus fridge, microwave in rooms and a ton of tv channels. Decent continental breakfast with few choices to kicks start you're day. Check in and check out was fast. Great customer service all day.

Price was right. The breakfast was not fantastic and the area didn’t have much close by for eating. But room was clean and so was hotel.

HORRIBLE experience , need money refunded. Microtel wrong advertise on Expedia that it was 2 queen beads per my booking but in reality we got DOUBLE BED and on top pillow was not stand half size. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and COULD NT SLEEP. Moreover ask for standing shower , so embarrassed no communication they give wheel chair room to us thinking we r special need. STUPID PEOPLE CANT U SEE WE R YOUNG ABSOLUTELY fine family with kids. Shower was not working report 2 times, but no one came back. Later, came to know as it is getting busier they make fool people and trying to give not as per booking in order to safe other rooms at higher rate for walk in. But stick to what client book- and you commit. Horrible scammers

All of the beds in this hotel are queen size (60" wide x 80" long). We invite you to come measure them. We do not have any full size aka double (54" wide x 75" long") beds. When you book a "wheelchair room" you get a "wheelchair room". Please look at your booking. You will see you booked a handicap accessible room specifically designed for people with physical handicaps. Sorry you couldn't understand "Room, 2 Queen Beds, Accessible, Non Smoking (Roll-In Shower)" meant a "wheelchair room" and that you, a young, absolutely fine family, didn't need a handicap accessible room. Roll In showers are designed for people confined to a wheelchair. We gave you exactly what you reserved and what we committed to give you. It was your mistake, madam, not ours. We find your gross exaggerations unbecoming of a "fine family".
