Hôtel correct pour un court séjour

Hôtel correct grande chambre mais très petite salle de bain. Petit déjeuner particulièrement médiocre

Hors saison

L'hôtel est en rénovation et il en a besoin. Les lits sont confortables et l'espace nuit est joli mais les salles de bain sont vieillottes, les plafonds a refaire. Pas de restaurant en semaine seulement quelques pizzas. Le petit dejeuner même compris etait catastophique. Des muffins et des bagels encore congelés dans le présentoir, rien pour tartiner excepté du beurre et du sirop d'érable... En résumé l'ensemble etait triste, mais tout de même bien placé !

Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback. The Papa Johns restaurant is open 7 days a week and the burger place is only opened on the weekends due the season not starting yet.

The parking lot was very small, and within 20 mins of being there someone banged my car door ! And you have to pay $19.95 to park there ! I found candy wrapper on the floor and the shower ran out to across the bathroom floor . The guy that checked in was polite and helpful and the lady that checked us out was polite !

The Quality Hotel wants to apologize for your experience during your stay. As for the parking fee, most hotels in the downtown area also charge for parking and the city charges you to park on the street. We are sorry for this inconvenience if you were not aware of this. There weren't a whole lot of dining or restaurants around the area. Im thinking because of it being the off season

This property was a disappointment. There were a few gems of employees sprinkled in, but most were not service focused at all. Room service was at request, so I requested it - they never came. I asked for towels, they never came and eventually, I would need to go down to the desk to get them. Breakfast was cold pancakes and cold eggs - guests were an afterthought. The pool area did not have many towels sticked, which made it hard with kids. The hot tub wasn't hot, and there were children there without supervision (which wasn't the hotels fault, but no safeguards at all). I do not recommend this hotel - and I am typically understanding.

As it was off-season, I got an un-beatable rate. Clean, quiet, coffee, fridge, microwave, and free breakfast if I got down there before 10:30. Very nice.
