Room is a bit small. Coffee/tea not available outside of breakfast time. Breakfast time ends early.

Very nice staff clean safe a little run down bathroom tub had damage and no plug. Toilet clogged and no staff were able to fix it I was handed the plunger and told if I needed it I would have to do it

BAD REVIEW ABOUT THE ROOM BUT NEVER TOLD USThanks for choosing to stay with us! I am sorry to see you were not impressed with the room. If the room was not acceptable, we need to know it right away. We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms are available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately. It is very important to us to address these sorts of issues right away and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the rest of your stay. All the best on your future travels!
