Likes: Location, staff and view were ok. Dislikes: Booked king bed with view and were assigned room with queen bed. No comment from the staff when giving us room keys - we had to call and were told they overbooked. Compensated with free parking for our stay but still sleeping in small bed in a poorly done room while on vacation. Given room on 12th floor. Must ride to 9th floor, get off and take the service elevator to 12th floor. Very dingy. Room was poorly done - decor was not like what is shown on the website - see pics. A/C was filthy and gross. Do NOT recommend. Ontario/Niagara Falls was lovely - had a great time otherwise!

We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the falls and got to enjoy the fireworks show at night from the comfort of the balcony! The room was clean, bed was comfy, and pillows were AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend!

Location is excellent, within walking distance to everything. We were able to park our car in the garage and leave it there pretty much our entire trip. There was a $40 fee to park in the garage. We paid for a Fallsview room which was cool; however I do wish the window had been cleaned before our stay. The room itself was okay. I do wish there was some type of breakfast coupon given to guest.

I was happy when there was a free room in the apa, but upon arrival we were told that the rooms were still occupied and we had to wait up to 1 mm. agreed and returned at the appointed time. and then the disappointment began! when they showed the registration number we calculated the 3 x multiple amount referring to the fact that the amount in the apa is before the tax and they calculated correctly. but in the apa everything is written clearly and clearly how much without tax and how much with the tax. and we tried to explain to them, but the staff insisted on their own. since we were tired of the daroga, agreed to their condition and paid 3 times the amount.

We loved staying here when it was the Crown Plaza, but the new rebranding is absolutely delightful. We felt like royalty with how thoughtful and kind the staff were at this location.
