Lovely hotel, great location would return!

Lovely hotel, nice and quiet. very clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice especially the coffee. Great location too. My only complain was that the pillows were too hard but all good apart from that

I spent nine nights at the property and would highly recommend it! The location was excellent and my room was great!

Hotel is in a good location, breakfast was really great, room was awful! We checked in around 9pm and found our room (bathroom) was designed for someone with special accessibility needs. I appreciate that this is welcome and needed for some customers but not by us. The toilet seat was appr. 10 inches (25 cm) higher than normal and the shower only had a curtain. We to the reception and asked for another room. The fellow upgraded us to another room and suggested that we would be very happy with it. We get to our room andit was bigger with an additional single bed (not needed) but the bathroom was the same but with a slightly lower seat. I am 5'5" (165cm) tall and when I sat on the toilet only my tip toes touched the ground. We ended up staying in the room and then we were further disappointed after my husband showered. There were 2 curtains and when the shower was on they blew around so there was water everywhere as there is no lip to contain the water!!! Not only was this a safety issue for slips but also moping up the floor with towels is not something you expect to be doing in a hotel on vacation. The next morning we stopped at reception again to request another room and we were told we had to wait until a manager came in at 3:30pm. We came back to the hotel and finally changed into the room we had booked on line. All the pictures in their hotel listing show showers with glass walls, be sure to request that when booking or you might be cleaning bathroom floors on your stay.
