Welcome to a 100m2 apartment bathed in light designed for relaxation and togetherness. The spacious living room opens directly onto an expansive terrace with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean — the perfect spot to enjoy outdoor dining, sunny breakfasts, or sunset drinks.
Sleeping arrangements include:
A master suite with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet
A second bedroom with queen-size bed and sea view when you are under the duvet.

The fully equipped kitchen will delight cooking lovers, and every comfort is provided: air conditioning, WiFi, TV, washing machine, elevator, private garage parking, and much more.
The showstopper? Your own private rooftop terrace, complete with outdoor kitchen, shower, and lounge furniture, all with an unobstructed view of the sea. A second terrace on the main level. All the terraces measure 100m2.
Located in Domaine du Loup, a secure and highly sought-after residence known for its lush park, restaurant, swimming pool, and central location, close to the beaches, the racecourse, and all amenities.
The residence’s swimming pool is open from May to August, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and in September and October from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Access is subject to a fee and operates with a ticket system. To ensure smooth organization, we kindly ask you to reserve your entries in advance.
Tickets are sold in booklets of 10 for €120. Each person must use one ticket per day of access.
