Lovely Apartment in Nice - Book now for great Prices!

The property is superbly finished in a great location with beautiful Nice sea views from the terrace. It is ideally located on the second row of the famous Promenade des Anglais just 50m from the beach. The old town of Nice with all the beauty of the markets and squares is within easy reach. Nice is a beautiful vibrant city with everything for a great family holiday or a romantic break. This property would be a perfect place from which you could base your vacation. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and master bed, ideal for those hot summer weeks. Located on the 4th floor with access to a modern style lift gives the splendid views out into the bay and across the front of Nice itself from your own private balcony. Grocery stores are yards away, as is a beautiful bakery for those fresh croissants and bread every morning! There is an excellent bus service with the stop right outside the apartment if you want to venture further still.


Ski: This property could be used for a ski due to its proximity to the Alps but please note it is not on location and would require a drive.

We loved the location of the apt. A pastry shop ,market and the beach close by. The tram was a great way to get around and was 5 min away. My only problem was the A/c was not able to keep the place cool as it was August and very hot but we did have fans which helped.we were able to see so much Monaco, Monte Carlo, Eze, Villafranc the gorge Rorhchild mansion. You can take a bus to Italy in 2 hours or a train to Cannes.the apt was very well located

Great flat for a family steps from the sea in Nice!

We were very impressed with the thoughtfulness of snacks, beverages, etc that were provided upon arrival. Plenty of restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Les Canailles was a great recommendation for a day at the beach. Also, Steve who manages the property met us promptly both when checking in and out and was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we return to Nice!

Good stay!

Host was very friendly and communicative. Made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Second room very small with two bunks but rest of apartment a good size and comfortable. The location is great. Tram stops, quick walk to the beach, cheap and varied places to eat. I would recommend the place and we would stay here again.

Another diamond in the rough. This unit is easy to access and Steve (property manager) was available on what’s app if you needed him. We were welcomed with some snacks and juice and wine which made the need to stop at the store right away unnecessary. The space as a decent fold out bed in the living room so one teen had the bunk beds while THR other took over the other space. Getting around on the tram is very easy and there is one just a quick walk away. There is a patisserie around to the left with great croissants and we found one to the right about five minute walk which had great tarts and fruit pastries. When you head downtown check out the shops just to the left of the Garibaldi/ Chñteau station, there are little streets of shops and restaurants that are awesome and you end up at the market in the end. We’d stay again!

Our stay in Nice at this property was very pleasant. The property manager was waiting for us upon our arrival and warmly welcomed us. The place was clean, several sets of keys were left for use, and there were even beach chairs. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Very pleasant experience

Wonderful location and fantastic hosts!

The location was perfect and the apartment very comfortable. Alex provided excellent instructions on not only the apartment but the city and how to get to the apartment by public transport. Steve met us at the apartment early (early check-in), which was great, since we were tired from two days of traveling. We loved Nice so much that we didn’t want to leave and hope to return soon.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. It is only a short block to the beach and a very comfortable small beach resort. We found that we spent a lot of time taking the trolley to the restaurants and markets. There are trolley stops very close and a yummy Boulanger a short 5 minute walk away. Alex was very responsive prior to arrival and Steve was waiting at the door for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It worked great as a jumping off point to explore the area.

Excellent break

We recently stayed in this lovely 2 bed apartment for a short break in Nice which was located right next to the promenade; great for walks and views. It had a great balcony which had a partial sea view and was great to just sit and relax in the evening and watch the world go by. The apartment was bigger than we had imagined which was a nice surprise and had good aircon which helped keep it nice and cool. Booking and access was nice and easy and the host (Alex) was very helpful and responsive which always gives good confidence. Loved Nice, and we will be back!

Fabulous apartment

We stayed at this apartment in April with my family and it was perfect for us. It is well located, easy to get to from the airport and very close to the beach. It is situated in a really peaceful area and was lovely to sit out on the balcony for breakfast every morning. The apartment was clean and fresh and looked to have been recently redecorated. Some previous reviews almost put us off staying here but so pleased we booked it. Alex as the host was really helpful and assisted us through the booking and arrival process. No complaints and would happily return.

Keine Luxuswohnung mit Silberfischbefall

Die Wohnung kriegt nur einen Stern fĂŒr die Lage. Die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand war sehr gut und perfekt, konnten mit den Kindern schnell rĂŒberlaufen oder zurĂŒck, wenn was war. Alle GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs fusslĂ€ufig in der NĂ€he, Straßenbahn zur Stadt vor der TĂŒr und nur paar Minuten zum Zentrum. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe vor Ort hat sehr gut und pĂŒnktlich geklappt. Den Vermieter persönlich haben wir nicht kennengelernt, sondern einen anderen Beauftragten im Haus, der sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Die Wohnung an sich kriegt keine Sterne von uns, sie war nicht hygenisch und nicht, wie beschrieben luxuriös, und den Preis nicht wert: sie ist in allen RĂ€umen mit Silberfisch befallen, auch am KĂŒchentresen und in der Besteckschublade krochen welche herum, die BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher haben nicht frisch gerochen, die meisten Möbel z. B. Esstisch und StĂŒhle sehr alt, Stuhlhussen richtig befleckt, ganz altes Geschirr zum teil klebrig und dreckig, nur ein Teflontopf ohne Deckel fĂŒrs kochen. Die Fugen am KĂŒchentresen und SpĂŒle teilweise schwarz verschimmelt. Vieles an der Wohnung war renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Die WĂ€nde könnten mal gestrichen werden. Ausserdem haben wir die Kinder im Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett nicht schlafen lassen, da es ein sehr sehr kleines Zimmer ist, in dem gleich gegenĂŒber dem Bett ein grosses WarmwasserzubereitungsgerĂ€t steht und darin sehr stickig wird und auch nicht gesund fĂŒrs Schlafen. Dieses Zimmer sieht man aber auf den Fotos nicht komplett, nur das Hochbett. Haben dem Vermieter unsere Unzufriedenheit, gleich in der ersten Woche insbesondere wegen dem Silberfischbefall mitgeteilt. Seine schnelle Antwort beinhaltete nur, dass er sich bedankt und seinen Agent benachrichtigt. Weiter ist nichts geschehen. Waren leider enttĂ€uscht da wir uns auf die Anzeige und die Beschreibung verlassen haben. Sie war ja auch nicht so gĂŒnstig. Dennoch hat uns Nizza sehr gut gefallen, sodass wir da wieder mal hinfahren wĂŒrden, aber definitiv nicht wieder in diese Wohnung.

Ein intereressanter Urlaub

Wir bewerten hier in erster Linie die Unterkunft, dann die direkt Umgebung und dann die beteiligten Personen. Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Eine kleine, feine Wohnung. Im Schafzimmer waren die Jalousien defekt. Dadurch war das Schlafzimmer der Eltern den ganzen Tag dunkel und man konnte nicht lĂŒften. Das Kinderzimmer hatte ein doppelstöckiges Bett. Es können zwei Kinder darin schlafen (eins oben eins unten) Die TĂŒr zum Flur muss offen bleiben, sonst wird es stickig in dem Raum, da in dem Raum auch der Warmwasserbereiter steht. GrundsĂ€tzlich war die Wohnung sauber, leider hatten wir Besuch von Ameisen. An einigen Stellen konnten wir Schmutz wahrnehmen (KĂŒche hinter den KörbchenstĂ€nder / Zigarettenreste, im Wohnzimmer unter den SchrĂ€nken, im Schlafzimmer unter dem Bett) Die Umgebung ist einige Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt. Einige Kilometer entfernt ist der Flughafen. Hinter dem GebĂ€ude fahren ZĂŒge und Autos auf der Schnellstraße. Solange die Fenster auf der Seite zu sind, hört man nichts. Am Besten bei Google die Adresse suchen. Ansonsten eine nette, typische Gegend von Nizza. Man ist mitten im Leben von den Bewohnern und Urlaubern von Nizza mit all seinen Vor-und Nachteilen. Der Vermieter kommuniziert gut. In der Regel bekommt man innerhalb 2-3 Tage eine Antwort. Die Agentin vor Ort ist freundliche. Leider hat sie nicht alle Fragen beantwortet. Außerdem vergaß Sie den Zuschlag zu nennen, den man bei einer Ankunft nach 21:00 Uhr zahlen muss. Es wĂ€re schön, wenn man mehr und genauere Informationen zur Unterkunft und Umgebung vom Vermieter bekommt. Generell sollte man den Mut haben den Mieter so viel wie möglich zu stellen. In der Wohnung fanden wir Unterlagen von der weiteren Umgebung von Nizza. Leider waren hier keine Informationen von Nizza zu finden. Es wĂ€re toll gewesen, wenn man die Infos der Tourismuszentrale dort finden wĂŒrde. So hĂ€tte man schnell einen ersten Eindruck ĂŒber Stadt und Umgebung. Leider war der TĂŒrknopf nicht vorhanden, das hat das Schließen der WohnungstĂŒr erschwert. Auch die Suche nach den MĂŒlltonnen war eine Herausforderung. Erst durch AushĂ€nge und einer eigenstĂ€ndigen Suche konnten wir die MĂŒlltonnen finden. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, dann kann es schon mal einige Minuten dauern, bis man ein Parkplatz findet. Nizza ist eine interessante Stadt, die Umgebung in der Region hat viel zu entdecken.
