We enjoyed our stay at Nimea Appart Hotel in Cagne-sur-Mer. It is conveniently located between Antibes and Nice, and is only a seven-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and was perfect for our family of three. The balcony is great, with a pleasant view with the Med in the distance. Florin, the manager, did a great job of explaining procedures (parking, entry/exit, directions, answering questions, etc). There was parking on the premises for 12 euros per day, which was terrific for us. I did not use the pool, as it was winter. I did use the hottub, which was wonderful—along with the steam room and sauna. Bring your own pool towel, as they are not provided. There were a few issues with some items in the unit (broken porch door handle, broken freezer door, broken drape attachments), but nothing important or that was inconvenient. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again on a return visit to the area.

I came in to a room that hadn't been cleaned at all after the former residence, there were towels on the floor, the bed was not made and had crumbs in it, the were cigaret buds on the balcony and a used plaster on the nightstand. I went down because I thought this was terrible, the person at the counter didn't even apologize. I got another room, bumped up to two-bedroom though but facing the opposite direction than the room I had paid for. That street is SO busy and has so much noise I couldn't even speak on the phone outside, and I paid for the oceanview/pool view. The bedroom door did not have a curtain so I woke up many many times because of car lights coming in. It was honestly such a bad stay.

Administration behaviour needs to be reevaluated

I had a bad experience with my family in first day , we booked apartment for 6 persons with sea view and breakfast included on hotels.com , they gave me parking view , so I asked to change the apartment and they told me that there is not availability at this time , I asked to see the manager and he refused because he has meetings and he was just seating in the back desk listening, the situation was really provocative, I contacted hotels.com and they reacted quickly and they apologised for this unprofessional behaviour, I am giving two stars only because the kindness of the receptionists and the breakfast was very good , the hotel is good in general but the administration behaviour is need to be evaluated , we had small accident in the pool and we asked for first aid kit , they apologised because it was used before one week and they don’t have another one !!

Hôtel moyen, mais il est bien situé. Les installations sont moyens, l'air climatisée fonctionne à moitié. Pas de savons et juste un rouleau de papier toilette pour la durée de votre séjour. On a pas eu la chambre réservé, l'accueil ne pouvait pas nous aider avant l'arrivée du superviseur le lendemain.

Communication with the property was not good, they charged me on the check in a higher rate than the agreed by Expedia, they say after I received the automatic charge by Expedia, although reservation said pay at the property. The manager was not in duty, so issue is not resolved yet. There were bugs and ants at the room, no hand soap in the bathroom and lack of toilet paper. Not the best place to stay

Nice property over all. Close to the beach and transportation. Hotel expected us to buy dish washing liquid and or dishwashing pods and paper towels. They don’t rent out any beach chairs or umbrellas which is not convenient for tourists. The near by beach did not have any stores that rent beach chairs or umbrella either.

The pool area was very clean but had limited sun loungers. We were originally given a wrong room, not what I had ordered but this was remedied quickly by the syaff at reception. The room could have been cleaner and one of the cushion on the sofa was all torn.

I had to wait for my room to be ready, but, they had a comfortable lounge in lobby to wait in. My room was spacious and balcony was awesome, and overlooked ocean! It was walkable, 5-7min to restaurants and beach. I would stay again, and very close to airport.
