Sunny 1bedroom Apt in the heart of the old Historical town, air-conditioning

This sunny bright 1 bedroom apartment is perfectly located right in the heart of the old historical town of Villefranche-sur-mer. Located on Rue du Poilu where it crosses Rue de l'église. It's only a few metres from the sea front and has everything you need right outside. The train station, bus stop and beach are only a 5 minute walk. Nice 5 minutes by train, Monte Carlo less than 20 and Antibes half an hour, making this apartment a great base for visiting this beautiful area.
The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor of an old original style building dating back to 1610. There are 40 steps up to the apartment It is very bright, clean and comfortable and perfect for 2 guests.. There is an entrance hall with shower room, living room with American kitchen and 1 double bedroom. The apartment overlooks the Rue Obscure which is classified as an historical national monument. There is air conditioning which is essential in this area during the summer months.

Excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but you must be able to manage stairs to stay here. Good communication and very comfortable place to stay. Air conditioning was very nice to have.

This quaint Villefranche apartment was in the perfect location for accessing the grocery store (right next door), shops and restaurants, and the beaches. I loved the proximity from the train station and the helpful directions. The apartment itself had all the cooking utensils I needed, and I appreciated the beach towels made available. I'd say cleanliness was a 9/10 (some dust in the bathroom and a kitchen towel was kind of wet and seemed to have been used for cleaning). Dermot did a great job of explaining everything, and Una checked in ahead of my stay and provided additional information. They are not kidding about the number of steps up to the apartment--if you have any mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. The AC was a very welcome feature, as it was really hot there during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this apartment!

THE perfect spot in Villefranche-sur-Mer!

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 nights. Perfect location, all the comforts of home, very clean and, great communication with owner/manager, exactly as advertised. It made our stay in Villefranche that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
