Posted Oct. 8, 2021 on HotelsGreat location (the entrance is on one of the pedestrian shopping arcades), on the street that leads to Bandai bridge and then straight into the JR station. The front desk staff was very helpful for dinner recommendations. Standard small Japanese hotel room, but the wifi is good.

Great service and a great rate. The arcade has lots of shopping options and eating options. Lots of good coffee in walking distance.
Free coffee in reception was also great!

Niigata is a wonderful city and this hotel is in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay here, room was perfect and very affordable. The staff are great and extremely helpful and kind.

Really nice place in Niigata
Posted Jul. 14, 2018 on ExpediaVery close to the river- only about 5 minutes by foot; close to the Amine museum, five minutes to Niigata station by bus or a 15 minute walk, also very close to the Sea of Japan. Bus stop right by the hotel, Media Boat is again a five minute walk. Market in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk will take you to an Irish Pub. Highly recommend it.

観光で泊まりました。
古町の中にあり、観光や食事に便利でした。
夜は雪が降ったようですが、断熱やエアコンがよく、寒さは感じませんでした。
