I was very impressed with the facilities here. The room was extremely clean and the bathing pools were great. I really enjoyed my breakfast too and thought the food selection was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast the next morning was delicious too. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: The staff were so hospitable!
Cons: My single room was a little small comapred to other places I have stayed in Niigata before.
Location: Right near the station--Good shopping,dining,fun shops nearby!!
Nice hotel. My single room was a bit small however,but the staff at the front desk, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. The breakfast was nice because it featured Niiigata rice and local dishes!! Perfect! Good location and there is a convenience store connected to the hotel.Convenient! Try it once--you'll enjoy it!!!

it was good enough foe the price. service was great, location was great, little bit run down but overall with that price range, I will stay again.
