It's a great place to stay, it's an older building, but it's well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a great steak restaurant called Caracu with an upscale menu. Guaranteed you'll enjoy.

Customer service was outstanding. Special thanks to the manager Alejandra, for the way she handled the rescheduling of my reservation. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Not the best...
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsDoors hard to open and close, no weather stripping around doorframe so when it snowed outside, it was pretty cold inside. The tv only had about 5 channels, and 2 of them you couldn't even watch. Had to get the microwave changed because it didn't work. Not a great experience.
