Family friendly with second bedroom having twin beds. Staff was great. Pool was perfect for kids. Hotel is showing it's age a bit but was clean and comfortable.

Great location and service

The Radisson Blu was more than what we expected. The view and room were spectacular. The service was outstanding. It is the perfect location for shopping/food and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. Pool was amazing and so was the Clover Restaurant. There was a weird howling noise, we believe came from the wind against the windows. It was a bit disturbing but a very peaceful and very clean stay over all.

The shuttle pick up was terrible. Every hour on the hour is ridiculous. Should be every 30 minutes. We waited for over 20 minutes one day. Even called the front desk & still a no shown. WE had to take a cab. No apology at the front desk either - when we got back - there was 4 staff members standing there doing nothing - no guests were checking in. Meanwhile your one page check-in sheet, mentions complimentary shuttle mentions nothing if this every hour ridiculous shuttle. We were supposed to get a complimentary bottle of champagne at check-in- we did not receive.

We just spent a week at Radisson Blu. It was great. The hotel was clean and in walking distance to so many good restaurants. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating. Peter was great and helpful. The room was amazing and had a great view.

This is my second time to Aruba and second time at the Radisson Blu. They were the reason why we returned to Aruba. I recommended them to ton of my friends. I was a little disappointed this time, since we asked for an extra hour to check out we asked for 12:00 as opposed to 11:00. They refused us. I was surprised, since when we checked in we didn't get our room till 5:30pm when we allowed to check in at 3:00pm. We never complained. NOT ONCE. All we asked is if we could have had one extra hour. We would have never even thought about maybe staying somewhere else but now after that, we may.

It’s been about 2O yrs since my wife and I traveled to Aruba staying at this hotel was perfect easy access to dine dinning and easy walk to the beach. Unfortunately it’s first come first gets a beach chair but that was okay since we had the infinity pool to ourselves and and took full advantage. Would we return most definitely.
