We spent 5 full days exploring and going to many of the beaches. It was so relaxing to go home at the end of a long day and relax and enjoy the pool. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Thank you David and Helen for sharing your home!

very recommendable accommodation

The beach can be reached quickly on foot. The pool is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and the accommodation is very clean. The internet is fast and reliable. Helen and David are very nice hosts. We really liked it and felt very comfortable.

Great Stay
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is located within walking distance to all the shops and dining along the hotel strip. The backyard is walled so there is total privacy around the pool. There is a grill, tables and plenty of chairs to enjoy being outside. we travelled as a family but this would be an excellent location for two or three couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom and individual door into the backyard/pool area.
The best feature was the local property manager that was always available for questions and very helpful.

Excellent property!

The location is perfect near Palm beach, near convenient stores, restaurants, bars etc. Enjoyed the big kitchen, outside grill and very spacious back yard area and common areas. The owners were very communicative and very helpful. Five stars!

Great House But Bring Earmuffs
Publié le 29 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe home was laid out great, clean, well stocked and had a beautiful pool.
HOWEVER, the neighbor’s dogs were relentlessly barking. It would begin early in the morning and go one and on all day. We had several days and nights of trying to relax around the pool but barking absolutely ruined any peaceful atmosphere.
We took a peak over the concrete wall, seeing emaciated dogs tied up, living in absolute filthy pens. It was sickening to see such abuse. Police were notified but we saw no changes.
Hopefully the owners of this rental can find a resolution to the problem that ruins peace and tranquility of their rental.

Unfortunately neither police nor any other organization is going to help.
It seems dog barking happens about once a year for a week or two. Other neighbours does not seems to care.
If you check reviews you'll see that dog barking does not happens often. (maybe once or twice a year)
As a solution we can offer guests to have antibarking device with then and we will pay for it. Antibarking device is a small battery driven box $30 - $200.
Also we will talk to the neighbour with the dogs to see if we can resolve this

Perfection in Paradise
Publié le 19 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayBest vacation ever! Home had everything we could possibly need. Clean and serene. Extremely comfortable beds. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was within 10 minute drive. We will be back again!

Great Place to Stay

We spent plenty of time in the pool.
Love the kitchen, made breakfast every morning, took our lunch to the beach and we also made dinner a couple of nights. Easy access to the beach, and other locations.
We enjoyed staying there and will be back sometime.
fyi…some of the beach chairs need to be replaced
