The hotel is under renovation but was beautiful, clean and safe. We left another hotel down the street in the middle of the night due to mold and unsafe conditions. The staff here was understanding, welcoming and beyond accommodating. The restaurant on property was delicious, the room was beautiful and clean and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, dining a little pricey, day two housekeeping came in and forgot to leave towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand soap etc..

There was construction ongoing which was not made aware to me BEFORE booking . Housekeeping service was sketchy. Showed up one day and not the next When I asked for coffee and cream packets, the front desk staff instructed me to where I could retrieve it myself. Horrible guest service. Will not recommend to my superiors and actually will advise to NOT use!!!

Convenient and friendly but needs facelift

Front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodated our early arrival. Lobby is beat. Peeling paint on then ceiling, graffiti on the signs. Only one elevator working. Carpets needed a vacuum desperately. Our bathroom sink was leaking. Only given two towels. No hand towels, no washcloths. Only had a half roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls. Fridge was not working.
