Bed was on a metal furniture (not frame) so squeaked a lot all night. Furniture is outdated and old. The bathroom sink was broken. For a room with two adults only one complementary soap was given. Asked to extended stay and was told “we don’t do that” and breakfast was two vanilla cupcakes with apple and orange juice. Very disappointed.

This property and the amenities are so old and outdated. The beds are well laid, but the floor, AC, curtains and bathroom are visibly dirty. Also, it’s an open place with people coming in and out of it and smoking all around, making it unsafe.

Place is run down and in need of major renovations. Burn holes in the rug, holes in doors, missing carpet base, missing TV in the bedroom. No fans.

We booked for 2 nights and the price was insane for the accommodation. We came back from our concert and we walked into our room and it reeked of weed and booze from surrounding people. My sheet on the bed also had a hole in it, the bathroom shower felt like I was in a prison. The towels are seems like they’ve been reused for the last 10 years. This place is really outdated. Once we were unsatisfied with our first night we decided to see if we could refund the second night. The lady at the desk told us she could refund us but since it was through a 3rd party we’d have to contact them first. The hotels.com staff were super helpful and tried to do all they could. I was super disappointed after I found out that they wouldn’t refund me for a night that we didn’t even stay. I basically had to pay $440 for one night in this dump. I would avoid it and book somewhere else. I appreciate the hotels.com staff for trying to do what they could. Disgustingly selfish by the North Attleboro Knights Inn staff.

Paying $170 a night for this hotel is robbery. The room was filthy, luckily we brought our own pillows and sheets. The AC was blowing out hot air all night, it was cooler outside. Will not be staying here again.

Outside property pretty decent. Room I stayed in was sub-standard. First floor unsecured door. Run down furniture and uncomfortable bed. First floor bathroom window unsecured with cracked glass. Walls need paint and whole room update. Noisy neighbor pounding on 2nd floor. Booked 3 nights stayed one night and checked out to another place. Not a place for a women to be alone.
