The rooms are clean, but the towels in the rooms are old and have holes in them. The staff lacks in customer service. The coffee shop is only open until 1 PM. All the swimming pools are clean, and the food in the restaurant is delicious!

Very nice place to relax, hot tub on the balcony was private- with forest view room. They need USB charging ports in the room. but it was clean and very comfortable. The bar was nice and the bartender made great drinks. Food was decent.

only thing i would say should be changed is the pillows, they are really high and tough makes your head hurt. got a headache from them every morning after waking up, heard multiple people talking about them as well.
