The clerk was super attentive and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, really clean. Smelled very nice as well. I wish we could have stayed here the whole trip. The AC, had a fan option which helped with the quietness of the woods. The only thing that was a problem for us was their pre-check website didn’t recognize our travel number, and it was quite a ways off the road making us believe we had missed it. Once we found it, it was great. Also, our flight was delayed so we got there late.

The hot spring did not disappoint was fantastic area and love the adult time only option The food was amazing, and the hotel itself was clean and nice. The rooms needs a few modern updates like usb plug ins in the room but other than that was a very nice hotel and stay. And the front desk was able to supply a usb plug in to use. Will stay there again

Areas surrounding property not great. No entertainment at property and surrounding area. Guest rooms doors slam hard , loud morning and late evening. Hidden fees received at check out.

I didn’t realize how crowded it would be on a weekend; would not recommend a weekend stay. 100% full up. We waited to check in, and ate at the bar - onion rings and chicken strips. Both of us felt sick afterwards, to the point that we didn’t enjoy the hot springs.

My family really enjoyed the stay. It was really nice. Pool area seemed great. We stayed here because we were catching a guided fishing boat at Drano Lake early the next morning and needed somewhere close. We would definitely be back to take more advantage of the amenities this place has to offer. Comfortable and met our needs. I would recommend.

First I want to say all the pools/hot tubs/saunas were amazing. We had a great happy hour in the bar one night. They were definitely understaffed in the restaurant when we went at 11am for brunch and were out of two things we wanted to order. The coffee shop was excellent, both for oat milk and matcha lattes. The place is dated, but it is clean and it is a great price for access to the mineral water. The rooms had minimal amenities, but we brought everything we needed. My one complaint was the pillows are over stuffed and they didn’t have other options. We will definitely be back because it’s a great weekend getaway.

It was relaxing. Need some improvement with some things, but still, it is a great place to.have a short outing. Love the place, it is amazing to have it all in the room available. Real hot springs water in hot tub. Beatiful, quiet, peaceful.place, amazing view inside.

The food was incredible! We did a water aerobics class in the morning, it was great. Kids enjoyed being able to swim after a day of being stuck in the car. Would definitely stay again
