It's not the hotel's fault but the stomping of the folks above us was unbelievable - for 3 mornings we got to listen to that. Also, found wrappers and scrunched paper of some sort crammed between the mattress and box springs. Only noticed as it was sticking out. There is also dried hot cocoa or coffee on the table wheels and dust under the foot of the bed and I also found a clear plastic piece of what seemed like paper under the foot of the bed? We were supposed to have our room cleaned every other day and that was never done and we needed another towel. What I did like was seeing the cleaning lady doing a deep clean in the dining area after everyone ate. I only drank the coffee but the food choices looked great. The front desk staff was great and friendly.

La recepcionista fue de lo más despota y no me quiso dar mi habitación simplemente canceló mi reservación , con ese servicio no entiendo cómo pueden tratar así a sus huéspedes
