The room was perfect size and very clean. The young lady at the front desk was new and was very kind and patient with my change in room request. Her manager was very patient and took that opportunity to show her how to do a new task.

The hot breakfast, and unlimited coffe and, tea, all day/night was refreshing. Good food, plenty of drinks to choose from. Belgian wffles with strawberries and whiped cream! Fresh bananas, apples, and oranges. Cereal with numerous add ons. Bagels toast and english muffins.eggs sausage, hash browns. All yummy!

The Staff went above and beyond, friendly, accommodating, respectful and caring. Mountain View’s,walking path and close to the Village of North Conway plus right in Cranmore Mountain. Great location to surrounding towns and attractions.

The check in was a breeze. Staff at the front desk when we checked in were very helpful and quick. He showed us where we can take our train tour the next day. The breakfast has lots of healthy options, variety to choose from, and delicious. Staff at breakfast was mindful of guests needs. They were good at filling foods. Room itself is very comfortable and clean. Towels were clean and replenished daily.. Highly recommended if you need to be in a comfortable, clean, and safe environment.

Loves this hotel. It had everything we wanted for our fall trip: spacious room, indoor pool, hot tub, bar with food options, free breakfast. And only minutes away from the Main Street in town. Will definitely stay again.
