The room was really nice. It was a handicap room and we felt that it was a little bit cluttered. Not to take away from the property, we had reserved the room online through Expedia and and thinking it through after the fact we decided if given this situation again would ask them to move us to a different room. Again, nothing to do with the room but I think if we were staying more than one night we would have asked to move.

the last time we stayed, we had a less than ideal experience. this time however, they were much better. the rooms are nice and spacious, could use some work on cleanliness. the property itself is large and accommodating. the staff this trip was much more friendly and willing to be helpful. overall not a bad stay, i feel its a bit overpriced but its really the prime location and privacy of the property that your paying for.

The hotel is very outdated and in dire need of renovation. The window-unit air conditioner was extremely loud, especially at night, making it hard to sleep. All of the pools were dirty, with leaves and hair floating around—definitely not inviting. For the high price, it was frustrating to learn that breakfast wasn’t included, though ironically, it ended up being the best part of the stay.
