This customer service here is horrible. When we checked in I was told they were charging us a$24.99 service charge for booking thru a third party for “incendentials”. Kids running up and down the hallway screaming and we notified the front desk and they ignored the complaint

Have stayed here 5 times before and always been very pleased but this visit was very disappointing. Original room was poor location and minimal storage for clothes so asked to be moved. This happened after staff checked with manager. Seemed as we had booked through Expedia only certain rooms available to us! Bar & restaurant barely open and last orders 8.30pm! Staff not rude but not helpful either. May have to look for different hotel next time.

Great place to stay

Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Decor overall a bit dated but adds to the charm. Restaurant food decent, friendly staff and great service. Lots of activities to do around the resort. Fitness center needs new equipment. The treadmills need replacing or at least a tune up

Nice place. The front desk was good and responsive. The staff was professional. The area and the location are the best because it takes 5 mins to get to everywhere.
