Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked and with the warm temperatures for early October that was appreciated. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The room did not have any place to put your suitcase on so we had to leave it on floor. There was only one hanger for clothes. The ac did not work properly kept turning off The bathroom was not clean The bottom of the inner shower curtain was slimy and visibly dirty. The bathroom on a whole could have used a good cleaning. There was no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom The window and glass door to the deck were filthy and the curtains were wrinkled. And the water pressure was so weak we had difficulty rinsing our hair and body The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was nice and the Mountain View great

It was OK, not great. room was clean rear deck had nice scenery, negative comments were NO ice machine and only a ROKU stick for the TV. NO stations available except what you get on the free ROKU station which isn't much. Location was ok as only a short distance from the center of No. Conway and lots of restaurants very close by. Office shuts down at 9 so make sure you dont have a late check in

Good location in town, great hotel manager, beautiful scenery from 2nd floor room. Room was clean but needs updating and traffic noise is loud. After I got rid of the flies and the hornet, room was okay. I didn’t bother the ladybugs because they are supposed to be lucky. Not a bad stay, but would not go back.
