Beautiful Oceanfront 2 Bedroom BOTH OCEANFRONT 2 Bath Condo With AMAZING Views

Welcome to WhatTheView! 2 bedroom - BOTH bdrms (and living room too!) are ALL DIRECT OCEANFRONT (unique layout w/ more oceanfront than most condos) - 2 bath condo with breathtaking views. Bright beachy comfortable furniture on the large balcony. Best front row views on the beach! The large oversized balcony offers beautiful unobstructed ocean and coastal views as well as views of the Cherry Grove Pier. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony, tv, DVD player, and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom includes queen size bed, tv, and also has access to the oceanfront balcony. No more fighting over the bedroom with the oceanfront balcony! There is a second bathroom located in the hallway. The kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.. There is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen area. The living area includes new living room furniture (Oct. 2024) 55 inch 4K HD smart tv, blu ray player and access to the ocean front balcony. Dining table can seat up to 4 and additional seating at the bar area. All 3 sets of sliding glass doors have screens on them so you can enjoy listening to the ocean when you are not on the beach! The condo comes furnished with towels and bed linens so that you do not have to worry with packing those things. Inside our Beach Bum closet you will find chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, umbrella, towels and other beach items to enjoy a day on the beach. We have another closet that offers books, DVDs, puzzles and board games. The large balcony includes 2 gliders and a table with 4 chairs. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs 50 pounds or less with an additional fee. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Cherry Grove Pier. Small building with just 24 units and an oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor shower, and sun deck area. Located on the 7th floor.

We do not offer rentals longer than two weeks. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in case of an unexpected emergency. We are unable to refund or reschedule past the cancellation policy.

This was our second year staying here. The location is awesome!If you love walking the beach, it’s right outside the unit. We walked every day looking for shells which there are plenty, make sure to go at low tide. We tend to go in October so the crowds are down.The view from the 7th floor balcony is spectacular. It’s perfect for viewing the sunrise each morning, seeing the ocean and the sunset behind the far coastline.We slept with the bedroom sliding door cracked open to hear the ocean waves as we slept.The unit itself is very clean and has everything we needed. Each bedroom and living room has a tv. Plenty of apps on them for streaming.Nearby is a local grocery that has everything you could ever need.Make sure to stop by Snooky’s on the beach. It’s a short walk and the food and staff are exceptional. If the weather is good make sure and sit on the back patio to get in the view while you eat.Hoping to make this our yearly vacation spot.

Beautiful condo overlooking the beach. Very impressed. Couldn't have asked for more, it was a very relaxing vacation. Sitting on the balcony enjoying a light breeze from the water and having breakfast watching the waves was invigorating. The beach was calm and inviting, and we loved that it was never too crowded for us when we wanted to spend the day there. This is a place to come if you are not into crowds and noise. It has the privacy you will never get from a big hotel, and the host of this property has thought of everything to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Our host provided us with everything we could think of for our stay at the beach. Truly a fantastic week! Ty

Awesome view

The unit was very nice and well equipped. Great location to the beach ( awesone beach view) . Location was super close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We loved the unit and the host was very awesome to work and communicate with for all our needs . The pet friendly unit is great for our grandpuppy .
