WITH VALUE AND COMFORT in mind, these cozy budget-priced condos at this four-story resort are perfect for couples or even for small families. Each condo has a kitchen, living area, and a private oceanfront balcony.

RESORT FEATURES INCLUDE a streetside outdoor swimming pool, a large beachside sundeck, and an elevator. Some condos have their own washer & dryer, and there's a common area with a coin-op laundry facility. Enjoy a dip in the pool, soak up some sunshine lounging on the sundeck, or stroll across the dunes to the surf and sand of Crescent Beach.

FREE WIFI is available in most Ocean Inn condos. Consider having a beachfront winter this year. Several Ocean Inn condos have very
attractive off-season monthly rates for stays November-March. Non-smoking accommodations are available. Motorcycles, trailers, and/or trailered vehicles are NOT permitted.

Ocean front property

Location was excellent. Beautiful sunrises and right on the ocean. We had a few problems, starting with a broken coffee maker, WiFi stopped working on the 4th day there. Maintenance did respond with a coffee maker in a few hours and went to Spectrum for a new router. There were no chairs around the pool until Thursday couldn't use it. Also bedroom baseboards were dusty behind the bed and dressers.

Better than it looks

The pictures of the condo don’t do it justice! In person it’s a very nice updated unit with lots of color. It feels beachy once you’re there. The view from the balcony is what sold us on this particular condo and it didn’t disappoint. Beachfront Oceanfront with no obstructions! When you look down from the balcony it’s sand dunes. I noticed the chairs sat high so you could see over the railing. Excellent! The parking was nice. Excellent placed water source for cleaning off sand. Very short walk to the beach. Comfy king sized bed. Close to plenty of food options. Kitchen was well stocked. I really can’t say anything negative. I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again,

My condo experience

Ok, arrived early, couldn't get in because of the lack of cleaning help, understood. The condo was nicely decorated. Great location. The condo had a very musty smell, the a/c did not work properly, needed a tech to come over. The washing machine had standing water in it, non functioning, needed a repair for that also. Oh, we had a cockroach along with some ants. Other than that it was great😐

Truly Beachfront

Pictures were accurate for description of property. Spacious one bedroom condo. Plenty of room. Third floor balcony provided scenic view of beach. One can either take the stairs or elevator to ground floor to to walk to parking lot or beach. Everything provided to cook in kitchen if desired. No need to carry a key or access card, one is provided with access code to unlock door to condo.
