This is my second year coming to this location with my husband and children and we have a great time when weâre there. The place is nice and cozy and great location . Definitely coming back next year !
We loved the area of Crescent Beach.
Our unit at Sanabel was alittle out-dated and we had several issues, even upon trying to get in the door! The handle of Unit 704 was badly corroded, I assume from salt air...and our KEYS (neither of them) would open the door!!!...and then one key got stuck in the LOCK!!!...we called management and they were kind and sympathetic and sent someone out...by then we had shimmied the door enough that we DID GET IN. He checked all keys including a new one he brought with him and they all worked. THEN...on the second day we called management about a slow-flushing toilet. They came and flushed it a dozen times and said could find nothing wrong with it and left. MINUTES LATER we walked in and floor was covered with water...so called them back. We found that in cut off valve was leaking; so he took it apart and tightened it. NO MORE ISSUES THERE THEN...commode tended to still flush weakly but OK.
BEACH AREA was very nice. We felt SAFE in the complex as well as the area. Several levels of parking decks not directly on street level which felt safer. Close to easy connection to Hwy 17 to good restaurants and Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets. We had a great time but I probably would look for another accommodation next time.
We had a great time there! The building is a little dated, but everything in the condo worked and in good condition. One of the elevators wasnât working when we got there, but was fixed about half way through our stay. The location was good and access to the beach was great.
The property was right on the beach, with a beautiful penthouse view. It was an older complex, but served us well for the week. If I did have a complaint, it would be that other guests ignored the sign posted by the elevator about Covid procedures. They ignored about riding as family units. I guess you can't get Covid in a closed sealed elavator. đ€·ââïž
It's was a great experience. We all had a great time everything was great except for one of the days we had a cook out an spent time on the beach with more relatives we haven't seen in a few years. The elevator was broken so our family 17 of us had to take the stairs. We were on the 7th floor. My sister has asthma so it was hard for her. My son fell on one of the steps an scraped his leg. So pretty much we all were exhausted walking up an down 7 flights of steps. Other than that everything was great.
