The receptionist was excellent. She was very helpful and super friendly. My brother in law and I were tired from a long drive and she went overboard to assist us with directions and anything else that we needed. I wish I knew her name. Clean accommodations and beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast items like eggs, sausage and hash brown potatoes weren't the hottest temperature-wise, but the microwave fixed that in 20 seconds. Breakfast was still great. Overall, we were very pleased once again and we'll be coming back!

When you drive 10 hours to get to your location and have to sweep and mop the floor so as not to have dirt in the bed when you go to bed, I would fire housekeeping. And yes I have pictures to back up my claim. They refunded for the night but that's not the point it shouldn't have happened.

Staff were friendly, accommodating, pet friendly...the hotel itself wasn't dirty, but our closet smelled horribly like mildew, and our bath tub/ bathroom was not clean. The tub had hair, spots, mildew spots on the drain. I asked my husband to buy me flip flops to wear in the shower. No tissues in tissue box. Housekeeping needs work.

Room was clean but could use a fresh coat of paint and updated fixtures in the bathroom. Service was friendly. Breakfast options were delicious and well stocked but limited compared to other hotels in the same price range. Would probably return if the price was right.

Having stayed at several LaQuintas in the past, this was just a disappointment. Seems like no one really cared to do a little better. To get in from MB on old 17 there was one little sign hidden behind a bush. One night I made 2 or 3 turns around the block before I found the entrance. I saw NO signage at all.
